No: No infection can "turn into" a different one. Chlamydia is a particular bacteria, only transmitted by sex. It doesn't cause UTI; and UTI bacteria are entirely different, not sexually transmitted. However, chlamydia and UTI can cause similar symptoms, such as painful urination. Sounds like you need to see a doctor for professional care and treatment. Good luck!
