My gf is pregnant with a baby who was conceived when we both had chlamydia. we got treated 2 days later. will the baby be safe or will be affected ?

Not a problem: The developing baby becomes walled off from any this & most other agents by the fetal membranes & bag of waters. The vulnerable period for them to chlamydia would occur if delivered through an infected birth canal. If you both are treated & safe during the delivery, there is no problem for baby.
