Puberty: I firmly suggest you have it examined by your pediatrician- a nodule under your nipple is not common, especially in a male. You need to be sure its not a cyst or mass. Do not be scared, but please see your doctor.

Male breast tissue: About 1/2 males will undergo a transient nipple/breast enlargement at he onset of puberty.
