Bumps upper lips: May be Fordyce spot's sebaceous glands variants which are harmless rarely if concerning laser is used ot remove them, ,or herpes which is infectious and can be treated wiht acyclovir- do not touch the lesions or if you do wash your hands because it can be spread by hands to fingers eyes. , or acne or rarely milia when keratin is trapped below the skin , very rarely cancer .f/u /w/ doc
