I am trying to decide whether i want to be resuscitated or not. any suggestions?

Think, then rethink.: Think about it on a good day (not during depression symptoms). As with all things in life, one must first decide on the goals. Every adult, of any age, should decide on what to do when bad things happen, and fill out an Advance Directive form or a similar form. That will tell people if any treatment, and how much treatment, is desired (nobody lives forever, and nobody wants a slow agonizing end).
