TypicallyOnly D3 for: people living in 1st world countries, common healthy goal ~70-80 ng/mL. Other deficiencies infrequent to rare, despite marketing. Vitamins=single molecules so common in so many foods that humans have not retained all genes to make all protein enzymes required to make from other molecules, generally missing just a single step. Once discovered, big market to sell vitamins extracted from food waste.
