INfection: is very likely. The discharge probably has an odor, possibly sour. You should clean it carefully with a q-tip and soap, apply warm compresses to the area at least 15 minutes every other hour, and be seen as soon as possible to see if you need antibiotics. If you get abdominal pain that is not just in the immediate area of the infection, be seen right away.
