Epilepsy?: autoscopic hallucinations occur when someone sees their own body outside of their own, their own perspective. this can occasionally occur with mental illness, but it is also a seizure phenomenom, or epilepsy. To advise your further, I would need more info on your experiences and what tests you had done with results.
