in the lr, falling asleep, i woke up disoriented, since then i'm watching tv and hallucinations begin, i keep thinking my family is talking to me?

Sleep and hallunatio: This needs er evaluation to rule out stroke given your history. I would also have your doctor look for metabolic causes. Coagulopathy test formthfr gene should be checked. Sleep apnea should be ruled out along with significant oxygen desaturation as a cause. Good luck. Do not drive yourself to the er and do not wait to go.
