Need other lab: You need other lab such as a free T4 and tsp. 19 is probably high if you're not on estrogen or bcp;s.If you're on replacement, the dose is probably too high. Switch to brand name replacement and have your doctor monitor the levels. Generics are unreliable and have variable potency.
