Bunionette: Sounds like you may have a structural deformity called a Tailor's Bunion or Bunionette. A visit to a podiatrist and an x-ray can determine this. Unless it is painful with pressure or movement, it's something you have always had because it is the way your foot developed, and it's nothing to worry. But if not, see a podiatrist to check it.
