Secondary amenorrhea: An uncommon side effect of those Rx's can be loss of period - I don't know about w/drawal as cause. Any other problems w/ cold turkey? If so, please get help. An OBGYN may eval the amenorrhea and help correct it - Some PCPs can handle both evals perhaps. It's not likely you can do much on your own - this is complicated stuff. I hope it goes well for you - are you glad to be off Effexor (venlafaxine)?
