Error or problem: sounds like you are looking at a test of blood removed from body by needle, not determined by photometric method (finger clip). The numbers you give might represent venous blood rather than arterial. Or if photometric, just a defective placement. At 82% most people your age are either pretty sick or on top of a high mountain.
