It's not that simple: Both do function by blocking dopamine - but a direct comparison almost certainly is an inadequate way to think about them. The Dr who knows your entire condition is best able to decide which to try 1st. If that is not effective or has bad side effects, the other may work. It's not more vs less. They work differently and NEW is often attractive to many. Trust helps too!
