RLQ pain: Could be hernia, muscle strain, ovarian source, PID,ectopic,mittleschmerz from ovulation, gas/constipation try simetnicone, but in 26 year old we think appendicitis, would go to ER / doc to get CT to make sure not appendicits which would irritate surrounding structures and cause the pain when walking

Strain?more: likely you are right..but a good idea to check for possible hernia or other causes if the pain persists. See your primary care practitioner.
