Cramping: Typical pains from gall bladder problems occur in the right upper part of the abdomen, under the rib cage. Usually pains worsen with eating, and may be associated with nausea, vomiting or fever. An ultrasound is the test of choice to image the gallbladder.

Yes.: Traditionally right side but many things can give you this. When does it happen? are there certain things that trigger it? how long does it last? See an MD if persisting longer than a day or two or if severe./
