Any idea why someone would get sprains more often then others with simple things like moving a pillow or walking? i seem too. more protein needed?

Laxity: Some people do have a generalized ligamentous laxity that does make them more prone to sprains and strains. Diet would not likely have any affect. Strengthening a specific joint involved can sometimes help, and being screened for a number of connective tissue disorders if it is particularly severe.
