Real Rx: Benzoyl peroxide is almost never sufficient for acne on the trunk. I'm going to assume this is what you have. The oral contraceptive pill, if it is right for you, may clear you, or your physician may offer you a systemic antibiotic that's appropriate for you. I'm sorry you weren't treated effectively beforehand. Good luck.
