Cardiac risk factors indicate a person is at higher risk includes the following: male over 45, female 10 years after menopause, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, cigarette smoking, obesity or a family history. One or more increases risk. Tips:exercise, stay thin, low fat &low cholesterol diet, see md for BP & cholesterol, sugar.
