Be good to your body: A healthy heart is dependent on a balanced diet, at least seven hours sleep in a 24 hour period, daily exercise both cardio and muscle toning. Avoiding greasy foods, a lot of carbohydrates, energy drinks. Avoiding periods of aggressive exercise and then periods of being sedentary. Avoid stressful situations and anger. Avoid building large, bulky muscles. Make life as stress-free as possible and eat naturally. Avoid excessive alcohol intake.
