Strong fishy smell in h20 from my h20 filter. use h20 for smoothies which masked taste. 9 wks pregnant, nauseated, soft stool. should i be worried?

Contaminated filter: This sort of odor probably indicates bacterial contamination of the filter. Probably not dangerous, but could contain potentially harmful bacteria. Don't use the filter again until you have carefully cleaned or disinfected it according to manufacturer instructions. If that doesn't do it or if uncertain, contact h20 customer service for advice.
