Hard to guess: online but INFECTION is a possibility (Bladder, Pelvic) Is there any burning when you pass water? Do you have a discharge?? Best you go to Walk In or Emergency unit since severe lower abdominal pain can be serious.. Hope this helps and Good Luck! Dr Z
