Maybe endometriosis: You need to see a gynecologist. This may be normal; you may have a polyp or something inside the uterine lining or you may have endometriosis.

No.: The light amount of bleeding may be normal for some women but that degree of pain isn't. Could be endometriosis or adenomyosis. An evaluation would involve exam, testing for infections of uterus/tubes & ovaries, imaging (usually sonogram, but sometimes MRI needed to diagnose adenomyosis. Possibly diagnostic laparoscopy.
