Various: My treatment of eczema is three-fold. 1. Moisturization is most important with a thick ointment or cream-based moisturizer. 2. Prescription medications are often needed to treat the inflammation 3. Sometimes, anti-itch medications are needed to prevent scratching and worsening of the eczema.
