11 weeks: Brownish discharge is a problem, particularly with an 11 week baby. Please call your Gynecologist as soon as you can and she will take good care of you and baby.

Usually old blood: Brown discharge is usually old blood. Your delivery was almost 3 months ago so it is probably not related to delivery but rather irregular bleeding common in the post partum period. Birth control can be a great way to regular irregular bleeding. See and Obgyn to discuss your options.
