Inflammation: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, There is no cancer. There is chronic inflammation in the skin and the cause is not apparent from the information you provided. It would be useful for you and your doctor to talk to the pathologist who wrote the report.
