Swollen nodes: Hi NValencia, it sounds like a fairly good work up this far. Not knowing which cervical nodes you are speaking of, i would look in your mouth and check your sinuses. Dental caries, tonsilitis, sinus infections, folloculitis (ingrown hair), and viral infections of the mouth can cause this as well. Hope that helps
