Try soups: Soups have the important property of 'tricking the brain' into thinking you've eaten more calories than you actually have... These are the THIN soups-not the creamy, heavy ones. Soups before a meal will cause you to eat less, resulting in a caloric deficit that could mean weight loss. Definitely talk to your doc to gain more insights. I recc homemade soups -since likely they will have less salt.
