Sorry, nothing: There are no over the counter treatments similar to clindamycin. If it is too expensive, contact hte doctor who prescribed the clindamycin and discuss other options. This prescription suggests you might have bacterial vaginosis, right? BV is usually treated with metronidazole by mouth, which is inexpensive. Good luck.
