Medications: All three of these can cause tiredness, sleepiness, drowsiness, depending on the dose, person, and reaction to medication. I would recommend though, primarily, that you do not take xanax (alprazolam) when you are driving. The others are considered safe to take when driving, and once you are stabilized on them and used to them, then you really not experience much fatigue from the metoprolol and celexa.
