Cyst: What you describe is a large complex ovarian cyst. You should see a gynecologist for evaluation.

Have it removed...: A large multi-septated cyst like this in a woman who is age 31 is usually not cancer. Most of the time it is a b-9 cyst or ovarian tumor such as a Dermoid Cyst, a mucinous or serous cystadenoma, etc. Its a good idea to have these removed surgically even though they are usually b-9 because they get larger and larger over time.
