What does hyperintense cystic lesion in the left adnexa mean?

Probable benign : This sounds like a more "descriptive" definition instead of actual "lesion" diagnosis. I t describes a significant "cystic" type lesion. These are mostly benign. However, i would follow your doc's advice on this. We biopsy or remove these if expanding or bothersome.
