Probably yes.: Don't pull your hair out over this but if the hair growing cells in your scalp are still functioning they will still grow hair. The problem may be that hair grows slowly and the hair cells don't grow in synchronized fashion and their period may be 3 to 4 years long. So patience is the watchword!
