Possibly seborrheic: This may be seborrheic dermatitis a scarily flaky skin problem often along the hairline ,around the eyebrows ,ears and other places on the face as well. This is generally treated with a steroid type cream. The over-the-counter creams may not be sufficient. Suggest seeing a dermatologist or your family physician.
