Stone: The magic number for kidney stones is 5mm. Stone less than 5mm have high 90th percentile for passing. Stones greater than 5mm drop to 10 to 20 PERCENT. IMportant to be rechecked no later than two weeks. Although no pain obstruction can cause damage to kidney.
