Probably not bedbugs: which typically bite the feet/ankles/leg and cause intense ITCHING, not so much swelling. Something else has bitten you. If not allergic to insect stings, it will pass. Take off any rings and keep the hand above your heart if possible (prop it up) and apply ice if the bite is recent or heat if more than 1 day old. Take Benadryl (diphenhydramine). If you get very severe swelling or pain in the hand, get seen.
