Not likely, but: Lack of sleep is not good. It will make any bad thing wrse and lower your tolerance for even mildly irritating things. Since most people who are not sleeping well are also not doing other things as well as usual either - your diet, exercise, stress level and attitude may also be off. Be sure you drink enough water to not be constipated and have an exam to get things checked/corrected. Try to rest.
