Why the question?: Who is in charge of the methods & assistants you select? Generally, keeping cerumen (ear wax) accumulation from becoming a problem is much less complex than you describe (shampoo each time using typically works well). However, if made worse, e.g. with Q-Tips (which are too big, push it deeper & compound accumulation) & can become problematic. Knowledge, tools to see.clear anatomy may now be best.
