I have idiopathic edema on my cheeks since years. spironolactone has reduced it slightly,but not much. can u suggest a stronger diuretic?

? : I'm afraid there's no such diagnosis as ' idiopathic edema of cheeks ', as far as I know, however, spironlactone is a rather strong diuretic to start with. Kindly see an experienced dermatologist or plastic surgeon for second opinion, good luck
