See doctor: The red buttocks of baby could be due to contact of wet diaper for long time , allergy to diaper material/fabric ,or infection such as fungus or bacterial .Consult the doctor ,get your baby examined and be treated accordingly .Try to check diaper frequently ,keep the baby off the diaper for sometime for the skin get some air as it helps in healing the skin of buttocks .
