This : This sounds like a possible cellulitis (skin infection). You will need to be examined by a doctor and get treated. Antibiotics will clear this up if it is in fact bacterial in nature, other possibilities are herpetic lesions, allergic reaction, or even bug bites. I : I agree with dr. Jackson's possibilities but also believe this could maybe be shingles. If so, prompt medical attention and treatment will help lessen the pain, severity, and duration of shingles. I hope that helps!
