Sort of: There is a medication in the US called "Daytrana", which is a patch that can be placed on your skin, and it lasts 10 hrs. There are no "depot shots" available however. This might be a good alternative if you do not want to take tablets, however.

Maybe: Usual treatment for OCD is clomiprramine or other TCA, SSRI, orSNRI and none of these are available in depot form. Antipsychotic medications are sometimes used in severe cases of OCD. I am not sure which Depot meds are available inyour location but in the US there are several that may be indicated depending on the severity of your symptoms. NO: There are NO established depot preparations for OCD. May talk to your psychiatrist if he would try any of the available Depot preparations that are used for Bipolar Disorder or Schizophrenia in very low doses. Espacially if your symptoms are very severe.

Meds and therapy: Meds (usually antianxiety medications, but not always) combined with therapy with a clinician who specializes on OCD is the best combination to treat OCD, typically. This is the best treatment approach for OCD, but it does not guarantee a cure for it. Usually therapy focuses on emotional issues behind the OCD which generally involve unresolved issues of anger or fear.

No: SSRIs are the mainstay of treatment for OCD, though they all come in liquid formulation, you may want to ask your doctor about those forms as alternative to tablets
