Unlikely. Reclipsen: is an effective form of contraception and implantation bleeding occurs only in about 10% of pregnancies. Spotting is common with extended cycle OCP's. It's more likely that you're experiencing the very common problem of break thru bleeding than implantation bleeding. You can do a home pregnancy test if you're concerned. Hope this helps! Dr. Anne
