My wife today had glucose test fasting - 108 after eating lots of carbs and after 1 hour 84 is it normal. we are suspecting lab has reversed readings?

108/84 or 84/108?: Even if the lab should have reported 84 and 108 in that order, I don't know why this was ordered. 84 and 108 are both normal. For now I suspect that diabetes is not a concern. Please let me know if I have missed something here.

I have labs done every 6 months for thyroid. Glucose is always in the lower 90s. A1C for 3 years has been 5.3. Today fasting glucose was 101 A1C today 5.3. Very worried!! Does one time fasting over 100 make me prediabetic?
