Not much at all: The most definitive test to get is the bone age wherein an X-Ray of your wrist and palm and fingers is taken and then compared to age and sex matched controls. That will tell you how much potential growth you have left in your skeleton. Most women stop their skeletal growth about 2 yrs after their first menses.
