2 weeks: 11-12 days after ovulation is typically the earliest you can test for pregnancy with over-the-counter pregnancy test (urine) purchased at your local drug store. Generally I advise waiting a full two weeks after ovulation to be sure. If your pregnancy test is positive then see your doctor for a confirmatory blood test.
