May not if it does: May not, but if it does one needs to know why! The clue is the true cause of the abdomenal pain. If diclofenac works we woudl be concerned about the cause and it is not a standard way to treat abdomenal pain. You should ask your physican to get you evalauted and even see a gastroenterologist. I suspect you will at teh least need an abdomenal CT scan
