About
Bio
We specialize in complex pain patients. These include chronic pain that has been treated only with increased opiates, and often the patient suffers more pain due to hyperalgesia and a untreated condition. We diagnose the cause rather than continue to add pain pills, which has been proven to often make the pain and patient's life more difficult. We use functional tools to assess pain, optimize the other pain modalities including medical and holistic therapies, and help the patient gain back a comfortable, happy life. We treat the mind, body and the spirit. We treat complex pain, opioid dependence and classic addiction. We don't judge, but work WITH the patient to find the best solution. We treat anxiety, depression, ADHD and similar illnesses. Dr Schwarz does his own testing for ADHD, and is known for his expertise in ADHD/SUD. He refers to his psychology colleagues for bipolar II, OCD and more difficult psychiatric cases.
