I stepped in some glass yesterday and i got the small piece out but i still can feel some in the bottom of my foot and it hurt what should i do.

X-RAY: I would get an x-ray. Glass can be visualized on x-ray down to 0.5mm in size, and the glass does not have to be leaded. If painful, an attempt can be made to find it in the office, but unless it's easily found, I usually go to the OR.
