Blotches on stomach: If small red dots could be cherry hemagiomas a sign of iiver issues . Do the blotches come and go or stay? Could be due to heat rash, histamine release from stress ,though isolated to the stomach is unusual, mastocytosis, ( do antihistamines help?) rarely may be from carcinoid (any abdominal symptoms?). or mycosis fungoides Would follow up with dermatology measure 5-HIAA in urine.

Time for eval: These lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
